The abstract link will be shared to you in the confirmation email, once your registration completed.
The presenting author can indicate his/her preference of types of presentation but the committee will determine the presentation method.
Free Papers – Presentations of 5 minutes in length, followed by 2 minutes of discussion led by session moderators.
E-Posters – Electronic display. Shortlisted posters will be invited for poster discussion session. There will be a 3 minutes oral presentation, followed by 2 minutes of discussion.
For photography contest, the delegates can submit photo(s) related to the themed categories as below. Images will be displayed during conference
We will acknowledge receipt of every abstract submitted and provide a registration number for reference. Authors will be informed of acceptance or rejection of submission by the Scientific Program Committee.
There is no limit to the number of abstracts one delegate can submit.

Late submissions will NOT be considered.
Submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The review process is confidential and the decision is final.
